In 2023, Rupert Warner, Jr. became Chief Operating Officer of BSquare Advisors, LLC, overseeing the firm’s core business and administrative operations while serving as a key advisor to the CEO. He brings strong managerial expertise and strategic insight to the role, leading with a solutions-oriented mindset focused on operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and sustainable growth. Warner is known for optimizing performance across departments through streamlined processes, clear objectives, and effective team leadership.

Prior to joining BSquare Advisors, Warner served as a Purchasing and Supply Management Specialist with the United States Postal Service, where he managed critical components of the organization’s procurement strategy. He oversaw a vast and diverse supplier network, handling contracts across multiple industries and focusing on improving supply-chain efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. His work strengthened supplier relationships while maintaining high performance standards across large-scale operations.

Warner’s impact at USPS included developing a Supplier Management Plan that enhanced contract negotiations and procurement processes, onboarding approximately 2,000 suppliers annually, and engaging more than 10,000 suppliers through strategic outreach initiatives. He also served on the Board of the Capital Region Supplier Development Council and launched a small business mentorship program to help suppliers scale and compete for major contracts. Guided by his philosophy to “keep going, no matter what,” Warner consistently drives operational excellence through resilience, innovation, and continuous improvement.
