Yannick L. Brookes is the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of BSquare Advisors LLC, where he leads a dynamic portfolio of strategy, communications, and organizational development initiatives designed to help institutions and businesses transform their potential into lasting impact. With nearly 15 years of experience across higher education leadership, diversity strategy, student success operations, and organizational systems design, Yannick brings a rare blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and mission-driven leadership to every client engagement.

Known for his ability to diagnose complex organizational challenges and translate them into clear, actionable solutions, Yannick partners closely with senior executives, boards, and cross-functional teams to strengthen culture, streamline processes, and build results-oriented communication frameworks. His work spans brand development, executive messaging, organizational restructuring, DEI strategy, crisis communication, institutional assessment, and the creation of scalable systems that support both people and performance.

Before founding BSquare Advisors, Yannick built an extensive career in higher education, serving in senior leadership roles where he oversaw student affairs operations, compliance systems, strategic initiatives, policy development, and organizational communications. Yannick holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law.
